Getting both xbox pad triggers to work at same time.

It worked on Just Cause I could fire both weapons at same time if i dual wielded. But in a game such as rFactor I could not hold down accelerate and brake at the same time, Doing so would cause the triggers to do nothing at all and make the car stop.
