Getting BSOD

Hey, this is a new MB in a computer we built. Client brought it back with these screens.
We have stripped it down, replaced boot drive, replaced Ram, removed GPU and all internet USB and case connections. Still won’t boot to windows.


STOP CODE: System Thread exception not handled
Unexpected kernel mode trap
Attempt to write to read only memory
IRQL Not less or equal
All these are random and some times they don’t fully load some text is missing etc
 
Seems like a software problem, rather than a hardware problem.

Just to be safe, try booting with one RAM stick, if it fails, move onto the next slot.

I suspect some system files might be corrupted, I'd backup the files and do a fresh Windows install, if possible.
