Getting Computer to turn on Using USB

I'm wanting to be able to turn my computer on by moving my mouse or pressing something on my keyboard, I've read someone who had done it but didn't know how.

In the bios somewhere, under power or boot options I guess.

Yeah I think its a BIOS option that you need. Boot on USB or something like that.

I think it only works for direct USB connections so wired keyboards/mice etc. My wireless mouse and keyboard won't turn my PC on despite my mouse working with a USB connected transmitter and my keyboard working with a USB bluetooth dongle.

If the BIOS doesn't have the option either its not supported by your motherboard or you could try and see if there is an updated BIOS which might introduce support for this.
