hi guys, just bought a set of Shure SE210-N Sound Isolating Earphones (Black) last week. Last night the right earphone did not produce any sound at all. I took it out of the cable extension and put it in my mp3 player directly and then funnily enough the sound was back on.

now today, i have noticed that the right earphone does not sound as loud/clear as the left and have compared it to other earphones that i have to make certain.

reading shures warranty pamphlet that came with the earphones and shure say they will repair or replace the earphones if they consider them faulty with their 2 year warranty and say they have to be repack the unit.

does that mean i have to put them in the original box? i have thrown it out and am worried i have just blown £65 for nothing.

advice appreciated.

Give them a call or email them. Most people throw out original packaging so they'll understand. I think it means include all the parts that came with it, so e.g. spare ear buds, leaflets etc.
