getting googlebombed - what to do?

One of my clients is getting Googlebombed by a competitor

Competitor is linking to his own forum using our forum name. He's linked up about 15 sites, all using our forum name as the anchor but pointing to his own forum. So he's trying to take take hostage the name of our forum. Sad ey?

What can we do? any idea .. i have some linking in place .. but the guy is trying hard to take it ...

edit: he's also using recursive links on his forum back to his forum homepage, using the name of our forum - of course.

I think you can email google about it? I beleive and they can cut him off. Not too sure though.

He's wasting his time - googlebombing is all in the past since googles last algorithm update
