Getting IPs created on the router from a switch

Hi

I have two routers, with the Billion 7800n acting as a switch. When the devices are connected to the Billion the IPs are made on that router and can connect to the internet. However they are not visible on the devices connected to the main router. Is this not possible, or do I need to change some settings?

Is the Billion doing DHCP?

edit] Sorry no, it is disabled. The IPs are appearing in an ARP table.
