Getting loading problems and Audio problems with BF 2142

Hi

I am getting loading problems on BF 2142 all my drivers are up todate the problem is that when load maps some times they load and other times BF2142 just stops responding when loading and some times when i playing online.

There is also another thing when clicking to join game my audio sticks like a stuck record then plays alright.

This is the spec im running

Windows XP Pro
AMD 3400+ Socket 754
Geil 1GB Ram
Gaidward 7900gs 256MB
Gigabyte motherboard ( GA-K8NE-RH )
OCZ PSU 620W
200GB Sata harddrive

there is not file in mine with that name only radial.cdb

i done that my audio still sticks tho when joining a game like a bloody stuck record and the audio drivers are up to date.
