Getting lower frames than expected with 6950.

I have got a AMD Phenom II X6 OC @ 3.51GHz
and a Sapphire 6950
I got windows 7 64Bit
I also installed the driver hotfix

I am running Crysis Warhead at 1920x1080, max setting and 4xAA plus there seems to be no performance difference between 2xaa and 4xaa

Most of the time in combat i get between 25 to 30 FPS occasionly jumping to 35 and in heavy combating such as when you are escorting that crashed pilot and there are lots of enemy vehicles attacking you it falls to 21 or 22 and even to 16-18 for brief moments

I mean am I expecting too much from my 6950 or is it performing less than it should.

Well i upgraded from a Core 2 Duo @ 2.13GHz 2GB RAM 800MHz and ATI 4850

I suppose im expecting around 10 FPS more than im getting right now woth my 6950. Average now is about ~30 and minimum 16, i was expecting average ~40 and minimum 25

I just ran heaven 2.1 on the same settings as these guys here:

My 6950 is at stock clocks I manages to get an average of 48.5, min 29.4 and max 116

considering people with a slight overlock managed 49 it seems my new rig is just working fine as Crysis is a piece of **** when it comes to optimization.
