Getting Microsoft Patches information

I have written a VBScript that will scan a server and get a list of Microsoft patches installed, and then writes it to a back end SQL database.

The information extracted is the KB number - now how can I get the KB title - from Microsoft Update website using VBScript.

I'm not sure if this can be done in VBScript but heres my input anyway.

If you've got the KB Number, you should be able to go to:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/<kb number here>

e.g.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3133977

You could then scrape the HTML to get the title?

Read up on WMI. This should get you started:
