Getting MS to replace OEM software CD's

Before I became involved where I work now the IT policy was non existant. Over the last month i've audited each PC to ensure each has legitimate software and is correctly licensed. Anything that was suspect has been taken up with the supplier and we either have written confirmation that it's legit or have upgraded to a newer version with licence. I've now hit a problem....I can't find the install media for the 2k3 SBS we have.... It appears we had it (the COA's on the side of the server and it was running ok) but it's AWOL. Ofcourse this ties in with the server going down!

So i've submitted the info to MS and we've sent them the details for the £16.85 for a new set of CD's. I've faxed off the form to what looks like a German fax No. The question is has anyone else been in a similar position and how long did it take for you to get a CD set ? Am I going to be left hanging for a month ?

Guess i'm the only person on here to need a replacment oem CD and use MS replacment service then. Oh well i'll sit back and wait :)

Just to update this as it may help someone else in the future: MS have now replaced my OEM 2003 SBS with a full new 2003 SBS R2 OEM COA and Media. They wouldn't provide R1 media so I now have a spare R1 COA if I can track down media for it. Cost was £16 something and normal delivery was 10 working days but it took a lot longer as the media was out of stock for me :(

MS, as a gesture of goodwill, have provided you with the latest service revision of SBS 2003 with all the latest SP's.
This is as a replacement for your old version that you've managed to lose the media for.
They haven't just given you a brand new copy of SBS and said "And do what you like with the old one".
Your old SBS license/COA are in effect part of your new license/COA.
