Getting music off iPod

Hi there,

I have a 60gb classic ipod that I use in the car. The HDD packed up on my PC which had itunes installed on it, along with the music and play lists.

I need to get the tunes off the ipod so I can add to my existing library it seems.

Plugging the ipod in on itunes now prompts me to wipe the ipod!

This I do not want to do.

Any tips?

Try YamiPod, it's always worked fine for me in Windows. It's freeware, just click the blue download button to the left of the page.

What iPod have you got, and is it the newest version of the software?

I have a 60gb classic and according to iTunes it has the latest software.
