Most likely even earlier than that. Jaspers started appearing in late 2008 and my January manufactured RE5 limited edition 360 is a Jasper also. Any 2009 console should be a Jasper.

I'd be shocked if it wasn't a Jasper chipset but there's a real quick way to check. Look at the sticker on the back and at the bottom-left you'll see the power ratings for the 12V and 5V rails. Compare the 12V rail against this list:
