Getting my Uni email through "Mail"

I have been trying for the last few weeks to get my Plymouth Uni emails to come through Apple's mail app. My laptop got stolen so I gave up but now I have got a replacement through the insurance I really want to get it working. I used to have it working a couple of years ago on my powermac but a friend set it up for me then. Have any of you guys got it working through Mail? I know it works cause I have had it before, I just dont know what servers and settings to use. Any help would be great! Thanks

Yes of course but I am not in Plymouth at the mo and want to get it up and running. No worries I will just ask them when I got back on monday.

Just got this working, I had the servers wrong, I shortened the addresses and it seems to work. See how it goes from here. Thanks guys.
