Getting peed of with this

Keep getting pop ups from sygate telling me a program named cproc.exe is trying to connect to someone. I have done a search for it and found the following

I don't know what they are but I assume it's not good, I tried to delete the exe and then I got this message

It's not write protected thats for sure, as for it being in use well I don't even know what the thing is in the first place. It's getting annoying with sygate keep popping up telling me it's been blocked from accessing the net. Please can anyone help?

Just found it in my process list so it is running so I suppose thats why it won't let me delete it but what is it and is it safe to delete?

Well my above post that I removed originall linked you to a forum - someone has the same problem... but then I thought they might have had the worm along with the actual problem, so I removed the link as I wasn't sure on it.

Yes, it could be a worm, and no, it's best to remove it with something as worms very often have ways of re-appearing themselves

Ahh ok cheers, I ran Ad-aware and Spybot but they have not picked it up, neither did Avast, I am going to go ahead and delete it manually although it probably won't remove it completely it may stop giving them annoying pop ups.
