Getting pen stain out of white shirt

"Lost" my pen yesterday at work only to find it later in my shirt pocket without the lid on The inevitable happened and there's now a big blue stain that soaked through to my skin. Is this stuff going to come out in a normal wash (30 degrees)? or do I need to soak beforehand in bleach or anything?

Well if its white a bit of diluted bleach before it going in the wash wont do any harm.
