Getting regular drops...anything to try?

My line is dropping regular now....once or twice a day.

Just moved to UKFSN and the 10 day period is up.

Before i contact them, is there anything i can try?

my figures are

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 5568 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 5.8 db 21.0 db
Noise Margin 52.0 db 27.0 db

the router is a netgear DG834GT.

the router was running great till i moved so can only put it down to the line.

I'd say its the router but you said it was working fine. Do you have another one you can try?

i've just updated the firmware.

I'm hoping this will help. It's made the wireless connection stronger (1-2bars up to 3-4)

i'll see how it goes.

Mine kept dropping on my DG834G. I changed the filter and all was fine again, could be something to try.
