I joined a gym neally a month ago and have been going neally every day since. I started jogging on slow speed slowly increasing the incline and speed until it got gets to about 9.5kmh and 9% incline. (This is usually about 1.5km and 10 minutes)
Then I cool down for a minute or 2 and go back to no incline and 10.5km/h, this feels like im running downhill after the incline, then I carry on going up untill about 14km/h then cool down and finish. Ive started hitting the 6km mark now, where i cool down then finish and go for a cold shower, sauna, steem room and jacuzzi
(and swim if I can be bothered)
Will this combined with ok diet (fruit, veg, meat, cheese, load of carbs) be good for me and get rid fat or should I vary what I do like cross trainer, bike etc
