Getting same cinebench score with OC?

Hi, Just ran cinebench on my work CPU at stock 3.4Ghz and got a score of 3.90pts

Then ran it with my overclock of 4.3Ghz and got the exact same score of 3.90pts.

What gives? CPU-Z confirmed the overclock was running.
