Getting synced pics of an ipad

I have tried to email all my pics on the mail program but it is taking forever. I have jail broken my iPad and want to know if there is any way that I can access the pics and just drag and drop the files on to my computer.

These are photos that I synced from iphoto but sadly my computer HD had to be wiped and was unable to wipe them.

Any help will be appreciated.
 
image capture should work. 2 ticks will check on mine


Yup image capture works just drag them over

Thanks for checking that steveo I was just tearing my hair out because iphoto will use what is in the dcim folder.
 
Umm... well when you plug in the iPad under devices or whatever can't you just click 'your ipad name' and then find the pictures there?

E.g. for me on windows

Computer\Oli's’s iPad\Internal Storage\DCIM\100APPLE
 
Yeah I know what you mean, image capture didn't work.

I need to get synced photos from my iPad. These do not show up via image capture or a DCIM folder
 
Oh right, so only the saved ones from device show up from the way i mentioned then.

Umm, cant think of anything else which is quick =[

http://www.macroplant.com/iphoneexplorer/ i don't think you have to be jailbroken to use that.. you could locate the files (can't be to hard) and then you should be able to copy and paste them over..

No problem :) Since my iPad was plugged in i had a quick search of whereabouts the photos were located, failed miserably :p
