Getting the AM2 bracket from Corsair

So, I've just been on the Corsair website and attempted to buy the Bracket/backplate, only for my mam's card to be declined due to an address not matching?....

Does anyone have the AM2 backplate/bracket? I'm desperate, I've just ordered a H50.

well make sure your mums card address is the same as the delivery address and you'll be able to order one

We did that, I'm not that stupid, I've been ordering things fine before.. It assumes we live in a city too, when we don't..

sounds like the problem is filling the fields out correctly on the checkout. why not phone their customer services and see if you can order over the phone or something?

Was the plan, but I'm not sure on a UK number? Also.. There seems to be limited stock.. Of a bracket?.. Corsair dropped the ball..
