getting the same frames

i recently bought this https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-098-GI under recommendation of you guys and im not getting better frames in any games im actually getting the same amount as i previously was.

could you tell me why and how to fix it please?

also if you need to know any of my specs just ask.

and im playing dayz/crysis 3/wow and arma 3

no vsync is off on all games and wow i dont care about i dont need 60+ frames really and with the rest yes i play with the same setting

to tell you the truth i really i only play dayz often and my setting are optimized for fps

ah right then i dont have the cpu overclocked it may be easy but i dont want to **** my computer up if i do screw up

ah **** i havent had this cpu long since march last year and im abit low on money so i seems overclocking is the only way to fix this so... how should i go about this? this will be my first oc and if i was to buy a new cpu what one would you recommend?

okay will do and i have a h60 liquid cooler in so i should be fine there.

also what should i look for if my cpu is a bottleneck?

oh god damn im an idiot i have logitech g510 and it shows me my cpu usage and its normally around 80-90%

with my everyday settings

just played a game with crysis 3 and i was getting 30 frames with 95 cpu usage

the thing is i got my cpu first i at the time i got it because i didnt have much money but needed a new one and didnt know much about pc's

also for now should i just oc my cpu to the best i can? and leave it at that till i can buy a new cpu?

just played a game of crysis 3 and my GPU temp was 52 on average 55 at most
