Getting The Witcher patched

I've had The Witcher (1st game) since launch.

Anyway, never really invested any time in it, but since no.2's out, I thought I'd dust it off and give it another go.
But my problem seems to be that I have the standard game, so I'm trying to patch it to 1.4, install the english files, then patch to 1.5. But to apply patches you have to register the game.
So I've registered on their site and have been waiting for an activation email, which so far I havn't received, I'm worried that it went to my junk folder which I deleted.

I've tried going to the english Witcher site, but the login/register links aren't working. A quick google search basically tells me I'm screwed.

Can anyone help?

Pretty sure that's the final, and only, patch you need for it. I bought my copy of the Witcher from Steam and it does all the auto updates,

not sure if 1.4 and 1.5 are for the enhanced edition or not. but that one ^ seems to be the biggest i can find.

brilliant game once you get past the tedious prologue / chapter 1. stick with it though as its well worth persevering with.
