Hey,
I've had my Vista install for almost a year now and have definately noticed its a bit more sluggish, am planning on doing a cleanup of the system but not a format.

Thinking I need to do an anti-virus sweep, defrag, spyware sweep etc, anything else I should do to try and get it running perfect again?

Its a E2180, 4GB Ram and 8800GT so my specs aren't a problem.

Cheers.

Yep, CCleaner is very good, and I'm in the progress of trying out the defrag software.

CCleaner Slim is better. A lot smaller, contains what you need, does what you need. Perfect.

I like Defraggler. But I am going to try JK Defrag and the GUI.
