Hey guys, we're on Virgin Fibre optic 20meg through a D-link DIR-615, and the wireless network keeps getting spikes of packet loss and very VERY slow ping. I thought it might be the interference from other wireless networks as there are a good 9-10 in range.
I got the chanels they were on (some on 1, most on 6, some on 11 and one or two in between) and manually set the router to channels that were furthest from them as possible, but I still get large latency spikes no matter what I try. I'm a bit useless at wireless networks, anyone know what might be going wrong?
*edit* just to add that my mate is connected to it via wire (the router is in his room) and he has no problems
