gevey sim

after a bit of advise for a mate. hes trying to unlock his 4s thats on ios 5.1. now its currently locked to orange. seen on ebay you can get gevey sim cards for about a £5. has anyone used these sim. if so how reliable are they? i.e once set up does it remain unlocked

Works fine there was a issue regards you lost you mms settings or something when phone being rebooted. Used mine on ios5.1.1 without any problem sending receiving emails/photos etc. just don't update to ios6 as you will need a newer card
It might just be cheaper in long run to pay for unlock
Witch I will when the three price comes down.
