Would anyone know why this would happen. Here is a few images:

These seem to glitch up in a rather blocky way, it flickers consistantly, making the texture appear, then disappear, it reminds of the kinda of visual effect you'd expect to see on transformers movie. But it's happening on my damn game and driving me nuts lol.

Could my card have just died? I've only had it 6 months bought from OcUK.

I've tried these drivers. All with the same issues in the pictures, as well as getting the error message "Display driver stopped responding and had to be repaired", or it would just freeze my computer up totally.

is it overheating ?

has it got enough power? give us your spec partuvaly powersupply
 
it shouldnt be over heating. I use a coolmaster from nvidia, many fans, plus cooling in my room.

though saying that this kinda glitching doesn't like just suddenly appear, it kinda gradually starts, then gets worse and worse until just about everything on screen kinda looks like this:

As you can see half my characters body is disappeared, the monsters body is completely glitched out.

But i don't see why it would do it now, it's been fine for past months.

I use a Coolmaster PSU also lol

Try underclocking it a bit see if that helps, as it stopped those driver errors/BSOD on my 285 as it had the wrong bios shipped with it.

Bah, tried uninstalling drivers fully, reinstalling from official site, and get "driver display stopped working" fun!

I dont know how to declock my graphics card

Just to edit. about a week back, MS did a update, and I postponed it...about 3 days, ever since that update installed I've been having issues....

That fur thing i only see a 32bit version, im using 64bit.

I did a System restore (thinking it was the update thing) and so far so good. I'll see how it goes after an hour/2
