GF8600 GTS in SLI?

Hi,

Bit of a newbie question as it's been a while since I've done any overclocking - I got 2 x GF8600 GTS I'm wanting to run them in SLI but want to know where I can get the bridge connector or is it not required?

The SLI bridges come with the motherboard mate, if you dont have one, have a look on the bay or MM

or even give asus a call.

Is it an SLi board? Not familiar with it but having had a little search i suspect that's an X38 chipsetted mobo.

If it is then that would mean you'll probably only be able to use multiple ATi cards with it.

Is this your board - Clicky.

If yes then you can only run Crossfire, Intel X38 board.

Not sure about the SLI but the CF ones usually come up with the GPU itself.

You should ask around if anyone has got a spare one since many ppl won't use them or just take a look at the bay.
