GF's laptop problems

keeps crashing when we have a video conversation in msn live messenger, really ******* me off, as you could probably guess. any ideas what she can do? she doesnt have any disks that came with the laptop

so any hlep will be aprechiated.

okay so if its her webcam, could that be why i get horrible white noise sometiems when in a video convo?

well she's being a stubborn ***** and wont re-install drivers incase if ****'s up her pc. women...

I KNOW. tell me about it. she wont install the drivers incase if stops working, well it isnt exactly working now is it? thanks for the help anyways

re-installed the webcam drivers and no luck.. what else could it be?
