Gfx card and mobo compatibility

Hey guys.

I have an almost 3 year old PC now and I'm wanting to get a new graphics card right now before I get the rest of the system nearer the end of the year.

My current motherboard is:

And this is the graphics card I am interested in getting:

That card is a beast but as long as you have an PCI-E x16 slot like your mobo has, I don't see why it won't work

Remove competitor link !!! & buy form ocuk, hope your psu is decent...

I have just noticed that the specs for the GTX 560 Ti is:
Bus Support - PCI-E 2.0 x 16

But my motherboard is:
Expansion Slots - 1 x PCIe x16, 1 x PCIe x1, 2 x PCI 2.2

Would this be problematic?

newer cards coming out end of the year so maybe worth holding off if you've already waited 3yrs.

Should work, normally they are backward compatible.
