I'd consider getting a 2GB version, as the extra VRAM maybe useful for BF3, and in the future.

The AMD 6950 is better but prices roughly the same (comparing 2GB GTX560Tis)

As far as advantages, some people just have a preference (personally I like Nvidia, I find their drivers good) but also some games are encoded better for one than the other.

This is the cheapest 2GB one.

The 6950 on paper is better, it performas better and has a higher overclocking potential, though some peole, such as my self, ignore that and stick to Nvidia.

Out of the 2 the 6950 performs better, though any of them will get you decent FPS ont hose games.

I hate the fact this got moved, urgh.. Any passive cooled ones out there nowdays? My 9500GT is passive cooled and i prefer it i hate noise
