Just lately i have had a problem when my pc goes into standby, as soon as I move my mouse to resume from standby I get these horizontal faint white lines that appear across my desktop, I have not noticed these before and recently have used a pic of my car as my background and that is when I first noticed them.
I had a new gtx460 as an xmas pressie and have had no issues with this at all so I am not sure if this is the problem, gaming wise it has been great as has the monitor except since I have changed the background, though the background is always fine except when I resume from standby, the white lines go as soon as I open a webpage or open anything else. I have not removed the pic as of yet, was just curious to see if anyone else has come across this before. Any help is appreciated.
