GFX card or Monitor Naffed ?

my screen keeps blinking with the colour like a light pink, i dont know if it is the monitor or the GFX card. I have just built this pc and had this monitor on an old setup and i cant remember this happening then, it might have flickerd slightly but there was not pinky colour shade blinking on an off...

Any help would be great, cuz if its the GFX card i can take it back.

Has it booted up fine before now suddenly exhibits this?.
Reseat graphics card and try another monitor and gfx card if you have one lying around.
It does sound like the monitor if its getting on a bit as you said its flickering (although it could be that old that 50 or 60 hz is its max refresh rate anyway).
