Hi, got an old system running an i5-2500k, 8GB Ram and a GTX670. The card has now packed up so looking for a cheap second hand replacement that could offer a bit more performance although I know the rest of the system will limit that.

Was looking at a gtx 1060 as they seem to go for around £70 second hand but any recommendations for better value. The current one just about plays fortnite smoothly but if I can improve it a bit that would be a nice bonus.

Thanks

I think the GTX1060 is a good shout.

Other cards to look out for are the GTX1650/Super, RX590/80 or RX570 though I can't recall for sure what plays better with Fortnite (Nvidia, I think).

Thanks, don't mind spending a little more but I'm not sure if it will even make the most out of the 1060.

I had a i5-2500k system with a GTX180 up to about a year ago and it ran all modern games at high or ultra settings with no problem, not overclocked either

It's been brilliant value for money, been passed along a few people now but keeps doing what I need from it.

Will keep an eye out for some good second hand buys, no rush so will see what comes up on MM.
