Just finished setting up my first ever LCS and am pleased as punch with the results aesthetically.
Just wanted to run these temps by some of you experienced guys to see if they are ok or wether I can improve.
I have 2 ASUS Nvidia 470 cards running in Sli with EK waterblocks and a EK 360 rad, a XPSC 450 res pump combination and 3/8 hosing.
The idle temps of the cards are as follows:
GPU 1: 37-40
GPU 2: 39-41

The load(Vantage P test or twenty minutes of Crysis)
GPU 1: 50-55
GPU 2: 52-58

These are hugely down on the "cook my face from ten yards" hot I was getting prior to installation so I am happy. However, the OC LCS bug has bitten me hard and now I want to see how I can improve my rig and move on to CPU AND CHIPSET Cooling. Rampage iii runs pretty hot.
Anyhow any advice on the gpu set up would be much appreciated.

what fans have you got on the rad ? It seems a tiny, tiny bit high. I get about 55 in furmark extreme burning mode with my 2 480's on a PA120.4 with 1600rpm fans.

^^this

also have you got your fans sucking air out of your case or into your case? need to be into your case

I have 3 xilence red wings running at full speed.
The fans are sucking air in through the floor in the case(TT Xaser 6). I was thinking of push pull but I simply dont have the room asnd I am loathed to put the rad outside the case, this case is huge and I feel its half empty without a lCS. Which fans would you rec?
Thanks btw

do they push through the rad or pull ? I get bad results if I set mine to pull through the rad

Just stuck three more red wings outside pushing in.
Now have 6 xilence red wings in Push/Pull.
Temps have dropped significantly.............

GPU 1: Idle 31-34 Load 45-51
GPU 2: Idle 31-36 Load 48-54

They seem like big drops, am really happy. Thanks guys wish I had asked before!!!
