what would be the bottom end gfx that you could get away with when wanting to run game in a frame rate that not going got bug your eyes when watching the screen

22" screen @ 1900x1080p not really wanting to drop too much
 
playing dirt, mw2, l4d and stuff like that, i only play off line.

what sort of res should i been looking at?
 
How much are you looking to spend.
I see you have managed to put together a decent rig. Bit of an upgrade from your AMD rig. Is this the final touch.
 
1600 would be fine, depends how high you like ur fps^^
theres not much under a 7750 worth looking at, think thats ur min
7850 for 1900 i reck

yep amd was a bit of a fail.

about £200 tops i do a lot of gaming on the xbox and ps3 but i am hoping to just drop on the pc and not bother with consoles any more.
 
i do have a 6770 so i was thinking at a second ssd to raid and 8gb more ram before getting a card as i get paid monthly and could send a little more then
