I am looking to buy a nice, cheap and silent gfx card for my Media PC. I have been looking at the Asus GeForce EN7300TC 512MB as well as the 7100TC cards... Any comments on them? Its not going to be used for gaming just to output Digital TV/DVD/Divx to my 32" LCD TV so it will only be running 1366x768.

Any comments on the Turbocache either? I am only using a gig of ram but thought that even the 128Mb onboard should be sufficient to do what i want...

Thanks

Turbocache isn't a big issue as long as you have 2Gb of system RAM. Personally, I wouldn't touch ASUS graphics with a bargepole because of previous and apparently ongoing issues with RMA support. Their silent coolers have a reputation for melting. I can't link to the thread as it's on ***** but there are several folks on there who've had silent cooler cards with small fires on the boards. OcUK say they're stocking ASUS graphics because they've turned over a new leaf, but if it was me I'd buy an XFX, EVGA or 3DFuzion (BFG) as they have proper aftersales support. XFX in particular make a very good silent cooler card.
