GFX RMA?

My GFX card does this when it gets to 60C.

Fan spinning normally, idle temps 37C.

(this is on LOTRO - the first real "3D" game I've thrown at it).

RMA back to OC? Anything else I can check first?

Looks as if the RAM is dieing - this has happened to my 7900GS and is being RMAed as i type. (http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17722440)

That'll be me without a PC for a while unless I can get a spare card from a friend or something (just so I can browse internet etc).

p.s. also ran orthos for 4 hours - no issues - so assuming this /must/ be GFX problem only :-/
