Just received my xfx gtx got it all seated, plug in one power cable and then realise the other 6-pin pci-e cable is different, pictures below. The one with a hole missing will not slot into the slots on the gtx.

The tagan psu says it has 2 vga pci-e 6-pin cables but they are different, one has a black block on the cable and says PCI express on it where as the other one doesn,t. I have no other cables in the psu box or anywhere the same.

anyone know whats wrong here?

Where abouts is the mobo secondary power thing?

There should be two vga pci-express cables in my psu box but I can only see them two :S

I just realised I had the cable plugged in the wrong way round. So the PSU end was the one I took a picture off lol..
 
Hahahahaha - I just said that I hoped you got it sorted in another thread and BANG! it's fixed. I'm good eh? rofl! :D.
