Ghost pic (well a cat ghost)?

Howdy,

This pic has been in the family for a few years. I can't remember if it is a digital snap, or a scanned old photo. I think it was taken on a vintage digital Fuji cam.

Basically when I was a kid, we had a ginger cat that would sunbathe on the path in that spot. He grew to a ripe old age then when I was at Uni in 1995ish he passed on.

My mum did some gardening, added a water feature and took a photo of it later on. I don't think she saw what looked like sun reflections until the photo was developed/downloaded.

So spooky it looks like a cat with an ethereal glow!

Could it indeed be a ghostly apparition or just some sun bouncing off things and making cat shapes?

Your cat seems to have sunbathed there due to the cat shaped ray of sun in that spot, very convenient for him!

surely that is jusy the sun coming through a gap in the huge amount of trees that are in the picture, as you can see it down the right hand side bush as well :confused:
