takes ages to get some of them, especially.

World Champion: Be ranked first on the universal leaderboard. In other words, this marks the most difficult achievement yet in any game.

Honestly, that's quite barmey and the majority of people are never going to get some of those achievments. All you will have achieved is proof that you spent way too much time playing that game!

well if you buy the game on its release date you've got probably a good chance of being no 1. difference is what about those buying it 3-4 weeks in? we're talking upto 500,000+ possible players then arent we?

Godly ones!

i think they are quite good, makes you want more out of the game - id like to eventually get all achievement points for my games as a sense of satisfaction, but thats just me.

the play 8 hours straight online achievement is just stupid, you ll suppose to take regular breaks playing video game and this is promoting against it. I for one cannot play a game 8 hours straight no matter how good it is

I can and have done 8 hours quite regular. It's not THAT bad.

Playing online 8 hours straight? Would suck for me because I get disconnected from live randomly... Be funny, I make it 6 hours to get disconnected, not like I could just start over right then.

Isnt PDZ similar? Had a quick look the other day, and all the achievements are gained online, none from the single player mode.

Several are from Single player, some from Co-Op (offline) and others are online.

I'm not even sure how many I have, I played PGR3 for about 2 days and haven't touched it since so it can't be many.
