Hey all, in the process of backing up all my data to do a format, just wondering if anyone could suggest some good Ghosting software, as It would be so much better to just restore an image and have all my default programs installed.

One that will manage programs, office, av, photoshop and such, thanks all :)

Surely the point of reformatting is to start with a clean slate? If you ghost the PC you go back to exactly where you started from - including all the junk that you wanted cleared out in the first place.

Step 1) Backup
Step 2) Format
Step 3) Install Programs + Updats
Step 4) Create Ghost Image
Step 5) Have Ghost Image Of Ideal Setup

Your original post didn't make it clear what your intentions were - True Image is what you want.

Reading the description, it does a hell of a lot, but it does not tell me if I can:

1) Make image of current system
2) At later date restore image from say pressing f10 on bootup etc...
