ghosting?

I o'ced my 2.5 quad core to 2.93, when i flicked between programmes it left a ghost on the screen of the programme i was flicking away from, other than that it ran fairly stable although my score on 3D mark 06 dropped from 12,000 to 9,000 it didnt make sense? any ideas?

i get an imprint of the game screen i was in left on my desktop if i alt+tab, tried taking a screenshot of it, but it doesn't show it. don't think it's a problem tbh, but it is a tiny bit annoying. my housemate who has almost the same build as me doesn't get it.
