Ghostwire Tokyo Trailer

That max RTX gameplay looks like crap. the rain looks like the most basic style of early 2000s rain, flat streaks coming down the front with no depth, the floor being basically glossy finished is unrealistic and those frame stutters look really annoying too.

This has none of the atmosphere of Cyberpunk and doesn't look/feel as "living" if that makes sense.

Its very much a "console game" feeling. Just played it for 10 minutes and so far its very linear. Moving me down a "corridor" I cant see this having much depth unless it opens up more. eg the white haze on the left side is a boundary I cant actually move over there.

Also I cant get DX12 to work as soon as I start a game it just crashes with a big error. Maybe its because I put all the bells and whistles on in the settings.
update: reading the discussions on Steam seems to be AMD related and possibly a driver issue. Also its Very positive on Steam so might get better beyond my 10 mins of play.

If I try DX11 (-dx11 in shortcut) it works fine this is a screenshot without Ray Tracing of course.

Few more screenshots. DX12 now working since I verified Game Cache

DX12 Full Ray Tracing - (really tonks my FPS from about 110-120fps no RT to 31fps Full RT)

DX12 Full Ray Tracing AMD DSR Ultra Quality (gives me about another 17fps makes it more 'playable')

DX12 No RT (Gives me 155fps v 110fps DX11 and note the sign reflection in the middle puddle is completely blurred/gone)

I bought it on the ps5, needless to say I couldn't wait to get it to cex, about sums up my take on it, fsr 1.0 obviously better on pc but console appears to have ye olde vaseline smeared across the screen, don't quite get the horror vibe it's supposed to have as it's non existent, watching the daughter play animal crossing on the switch is scarier.
Jesting aside very bland gameplay 3 main spells that you constantly spam with a map littered with crap that would make ubisoft proud.
