Hi there,

I'm looking for a bike for under £400 and have seen a Giant Terrago Disc Bike (2007) for £325 delivered. I don't know much about bikes and am looking for advice. The front fork is average at best but I can't fault the rest of the spec. As these forums are full of hard core bike fanatics, what's your opinion on this?

That looks decent from the specifications and should offer a basis to upgrade from as necessary. Perhaps you could be a bit cheeky and go into Velo Ecosse in Bruntsfield and ask them for a test ride to see how good it is and maybe ask them to price match. :)
