Hi Gibbo,
As you frequent here the most I please hope you can help me make a decision this morning........
I have the NEC20WGX monitor and as you have seen in the big post I have severe back light bleed. I have left if 4 days and it hasnt really improved.
I really like this monitor and want to keep one like this. I dont really want to pay the carriage to return it to yourselves and be without a monitor for a long time. NEC arent sure what they are going to do regards RMA for this monitor.
I bought the monitor last Tuesday and it was delivered to me on Wednesday.
Your 7 day rule state 7 days from delivery so I have to send the monitor back to you by Wednesday? Is that correct? Or is it Tuesday? Because it is faulty will my carriage be refunded?
I rather it if NEC would to a RMA for me, but they said last Friday they were not sure if they can do this and will find out sometime this week. Have you had any feedback on this situation? My ideal situation is that NEC swap it out like they have done to others on here; collecting mine and giving me another (preferably tested!)
Thanks
SpLuFF.
