GIBBO PLEASE HELP!!!

I have just bought Windoews 64 professional from you and on the site it clearly states this has Service Pack 2 included but I for tyhe life of me cannotfind it on the CD!

Is it there and if so WHERE ??????

You didn't buy it from Gibbo. You bought it from OcUK. Just email or phone the shop and they will assist you with your problem.

Have you installed it? Maybe SP2 is integrated into it.

I would expect that SP2 was pre-installed onto the CD. Press the start button, choose run, then type winver <enter>. It should say Service Pack 2 somewhere in there.

The service pack's come integrated into the version of windows not as a stand alone part mate.

I have this OS as well but it's only service pack 1 that's integrated. I don't think there is a service pack 2 for x64 yet.
