I hav heard a few stories about the PCI-E version where the fan rattles and is said to be annoying. Wayne replaced one and it was fine so is obvious some cards have a slight defect in the fans for which the rattles coming from.

I'd like to know how much of a possibility this will be on the new agp versions. If so is it a viable reason to you for a RMA. If so do you pay for delivery or us when we have to rma the card due to this?

Yes, I'd like to know too.

If this is a current problem with these cards it would be nice for them to be tested before shipping or simply get a card without the problem.

Is the HIS the fastest AGP card out now?

The fans don't rattle on these.

If anyone has such an issue its down to a faulty fan/cooler, its not a common feature of the cards.

We sell and ship thousands ICEQ3 cooled cards per month and they are fine.

If anybody has one that rattles then it is faulty, no doubt got bashed around too much in shipping. Just ask for an RMA and the card will be replaced.

You didnt answer the part where does it cost me anything to rma as i aint paying for post if i have to rma it you see. Why should I when i payed 185 quid lol.

If your returning an item because its faulty then we do cover the shipping charges upto a certain amount which is approx £8-£10 I believe. We then ship a replacement back to you at no cost to yourself.

256MB are now in stock at OcUK!! Only £5 more than the Sapphire version for the same card but its overclocked and has a better cooler.

512MB ones have shipped and are due later this week!!

Hi Gibbo, I've just successfully RMA'd one of the HIS cards, my new one is perfect so many thanks for that. How do I go about getting the postage charges reimbursed? is this an automatic procedure (i.e. it'll just appear in my account) or something I have to contact Overclockers about?
