Hi all
Yes, this is all I want to do: I just need a program that I can open a pre-designed GIF file in, and alter its size -- and it has to remain animated as well, not just become a static image.
I have had multiple awful programs on (inc. GIMP) and I don't want to keep doing this because, frankly, it is driving me round the bend.
Such a simple thing and nothing seems to do it.
I apologize for the vitriol -- it has been a long weekend.
