Gifting a game on steam...

Hi all,

I bought Borderlands 2 from the MM recently and installed using a steam code.

I've found a good deal for BL2 + Season Pass + BL GOTY and I was considering buying this.

If I do will I be able to gift a copy of BL2 to someone?

Where are you buying BL2 from?

It depends entirely on how many product keys you get for the new deal, if it's only one then it's all or nothing and you can not gift the copy you already have on steam.

That should be fine, Amazon usually give out separate keys so you should just be able to give the BL2 key to someone else rather than putting it into steam and activate the rest on your steam.

Reviewer also confirmed it's 3 keys:
