Giga DS3 Vs DS4, help choosing.

Im alittle torn between these boards, got CPU and Ram sorted.

But, was wondering if somone could tell me why i would pay for the DS4 over the DS3?

Its been awhile since ive had to look into all of this!.

FireWire
Silent Motherboard cooling which actually works well
12 phase power so less vcore droop
Intel ICH8R Raid controller which is much better that the Gigabyte.

I think that is about it. These are the things that made me choose a DS4 over a DS3.

As a DS3 owner, go for the DS4

The NB cooling on the DS3 is inadequate if overclocking
